Terms of Service · Updated August 14, 2026
The terms that govern your use of TensorTrader and the TradingView Alerts browser extension.
Please read these terms carefully. They cover eligibility, the beta nature of the Service, the assumption of trading risk, acceptable use, and the limits of our liability.
Section 1
Acceptance & Eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TensorTrader web app, the TensorTrader TradingView Alerts browser extension, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the extension, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract and legally permitted to trade the relevant instruments in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws, exchange rules, and tax obligations that apply to you.
Section 2
The Service
TensorTrader helps you build TradingView alerts, prepare and route orders across supported exchanges, apply dynamic risk controls, and manage positions from one interface. The Service assists your workflow; it does not guarantee execution, fills, timing, or outcomes.
TensorTrader is beta software and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, break, or be removed. Live execution is available on a growing set of supported exchanges and brokers; venue availability may vary and some venues may be limited to paper or testnet modes.
Section 3
No Financial Advice
TensorTrader is a tool, not a financial adviser, broker, or fiduciary. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Any signals, alerts, indicator statistics, leverage suggestions, or templates are informational only.
All trading decisions are yours. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any trade you place or automate through the Service.
Section 4
Trading, Exchange & API Risk
Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss and, for leveraged positions, losses exceeding your initial margin through liquidation. Markets are volatile and can move against you rapidly.
You assume all trading, exchange, liquidation, TradingView alert, browser extension, API connectivity, network, and software risk. TensorTrader is not responsible for exchange outages, API errors, missed or duplicated alerts, slippage, mispriced fills, or losses arising from the use or unavailability of the Service.
Section 5
Acceptable Use & Accounts
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, market manipulation, unauthorized access, reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, interference with the Service, sharing of another user’s credentials, or use that violates exchange or TradingView terms.
You are responsible for your account, your connected exchange configurations, and the activity that occurs under your credentials. Never share exchange API keys, passwords, or seed phrases; TensorTrader will never ask you for them.
Section 6
Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Free plan: an account with no Stripe subscription. Free includes one TT-Autotune cell — one token, one timeframe, on one exchange — with all six market-regime configurations. Free sync codes are a one-time snapshot taken when you create (or recreate) your alert; they do not receive automatic optimizer top-ups. Recreating the alert takes a fresh snapshot. Batch alert capacity on Free is one active cell.
30-day Beta: a Stripe subscription with a 30-day free trial. You choose your exchange-slot count (1, 2, 5, or all venues) at registration; that scope is what you are billed for after the trial. During the trial, TT-Autotune instance count and Batch Alerts follow your TradingView alert-plan limit (Autotune cells ≈ TradingView alerts ÷ 6). A payment method is collected at checkout; you are not charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Pioneer Beta: the same as 30-day Beta, except the Stripe trial is 90 days and all supported exchanges are unlocked during that trial only. Pioneer status is granted only after a verified trade-only API key for a venue we have not finished integrating. After the 90-day trial, exchange slots return to the scope you locked at registration (or the plan you selected at checkout) and billing starts on that plan.
If a trial ends or is cancelled without an active paid subscription, the account returns to the Free plan (one token, one timeframe, one exchange, frozen sync codes). Paid features after a trial are billed as a recurring monthly subscription processed by Stripe, in United States dollars (USD). TensorTrader charges are for software access only; we never hold, transmit, or take custody of your trading funds.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation during a trial returns you to Free immediately after the trial (or at period end if already paid). Partial billing periods, unused time, and downgrades are not refunded. Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and other billing errors are refunded in full. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy; non-waivable statutory refund rights in your jurisdiction are always honored.
TensorTrader may change subscription prices, plan tiers, and plan features at any time and at its sole discretion, without individual notice. The prices published on the Pricing page at any given time constitute the current price list and such publication is the only notice given. Price changes apply to new subscriptions immediately and to existing subscriptions from the next billing period; continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not accept a price change, your sole remedy is to cancel before your next billing period begins.

Section 7
Disclaimers, Liability & Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TensorTrader does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TensorTrader and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact support@agent-swarm.net.
